Simple Muddled Blackberry Moscow Mule

One of my favorite drinks to order whenever I go out is a Moscow Mule. It's so refreshing and light, yet packed with flavor. I finally decided, after years of ordering them out, to learn how to make them on my own at home. It's so easy!! My absolute favorite way to serve them is with a bit of muddled blackberry. It just adds something special to an already delicious drink, and I can't get enough.

Muddled Blackberry Moscow Mule
Serving Size: 1 Drink
Ingredients:
2 large blackberries
1/2 cup ginger beer
1.5 ounces vodka
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
Directions:
Place 2 blackberries in the bottom of your glass, and mash them up with your muddler.
Fill glass about 1/2 way with ice.
Add vodka, ginger beer, and lime juice.
Enjoy!
Final Note: - This might be blasphemy but... if you don't have a copper mug/cup, that's ok. I often opt out of using the copper mug because sometimes I think it's just too cold. This drink should definitely be served very cold, but don't feel like you need to run out and buy a copper mug to enjoy it.
