Despite the insanely cold weather so far this year, I've been craving fresh, summery fruits. I can't get enough of them - our fridge has been loaded with any and every berry you can imagine all month.
I was super excited to discover all the amazing smoothie bowls in the Nourish Bowls cook book (which I talk about in my post last week.) Today I'm going to share my take on one of the recipes from the book!
This is actually the very first recipe I made from the Nourish Bowls cook book, and I was instantly in love. It looks complicated at first glance, but ended up being really easy to put together in the morning before work. Just make the granola the night before, and you'll have your breakfast together in no time!
Bonus: The granola makes your house smell amaaazing!!! It also goes great in a yogurt parfait.
